We offer flat shipping fees per country for orders under $300 USD. For orders $300 and above, a discounted shipping fee applies.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders may incur customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- If customs duties are refused and the item is returned, we will refund the product minus shipping/handling charges.
6. Shipping Issues
- For lost, delayed, or damaged parcels, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery.
- The Sen is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
